WHAT HAPPENED BEFORE:
One Lexington used to be known as Century Plaza. When it was first released, Century Plaza presold 85% of its homes, with prices reaching in excess of $500 per square foot. Unfortunately, the project was the victim of inopportune timing. As the real estate market faltered, most presales were lost. Century Plaza was eventually acquired by its financiers.
WHAT'S HAPPENING NOW:
The project’s current owner is a solid, experienced developer who has bought Century Plaza from the bank at a fraction of the outstanding debt. These homes have been fully finished to the highest standards, and are being sold for up to 50% less than the original prices. The Home Owners Association is fully funded, and the community is financially stable.
