Rob Hubbard

Rob Hubbard	Rob Hubbard is a partner in Lexington Avenue LLP. He holds a primary role with the company, identifying commercial properties for purchase or development on the West Coast of the United States.

In addition to his partnership in Lexington Avenue LLP, Mr. Hubbard is the president and director of Comcore Properties, Inc. (based in Issaquah, Washington) and has more than 30 years of experience in real estate development. Mr Hubbard has worked with some of the most established professionals in the industry on projects in Vancouver, Atlanta and throughout Washington State, where he lives with his wife and three children. When he is at home, he loves to spend time with his family, out jogging, and on the water sailing.

Mr. Hubbard has worked in partnership with Macdonald Development Corporation since 1988, and has successfully completed many projects with the company, including projects in Seattle, Sacramento, CA and Vancouver, B.C.
